Where applicable all orders will be sent via the selected carrier.

For most items, there is a 2-3 day turnaround time for processing your order. If an item from your order is currently out of stock the order will generally be held until all items are available to ship.

Should an item no longer be available, we will assist you in selecting the next best available or equivalent product, alternatively, we will issue a refund for that item less the transaction fee.

Please note it is the buyer's responsibility for any import and or customs fees. MyGizmos will not be liable for any extra charges in relation to product importation.
